What are your vices?? Things you know you shouldn't have as part of your regular diet but you can't help it. What are you doing about them (if anything)?
My big ones are carbs and juice...juice has SO MANY calories. What am I doing about it? I'm eatting 100% whole grain bread and I'm drinking only low calorie juice. I have recently discovered a president's choice pink lemonade with like one calorie per cup or something (regualr juice has upwards of 200) and it's SO SO SO good. I sit down and drink 1.5L at a time sometimes...YUM
