NAMBLA, et al...Gary Glitter and his Vietnam trip...We are being desensitized, and it looks to be a very bad future.

First there was gay marriage. Now we have this. Yeah, yeah. Its only a movie, right?

Has nothing to do with gay marriage. It's actually heterosexual kiddie porn.

Way to make a leap for your agenda

This all started with allowing women to vote

It has to do with accepting what wasn't acceptable yesterday. And yes, it started long since. The founding of your country, actually. The trouble being that people always want to push the envelope .... and they're having to get more and more ... awful .... to actually step over the line. Mark my words, they'll push too far, and get shoved back to the stone age for it. The muslim radicals aren't the only ones seeing that the 'free' are taking it too far. They're only leading the flock of those who've had enough.

Hey let's take away women's vote, bring back slavery, and burn us some witches. Huzzah!

Ayup. Remember when Gene Simmons was "the Devil"? Now he's a TV reality show dad. Someone's always willing to be more outrageous than the one before.

Not anytime soon. Change requires effort. Most folks are too lazy.

The majority is always lazy. Thats because they have already been desensitized. If someone says to you that 'nothing shocks me anymore', that's your first...and ultimate...clue.

Oh yeah, all those Satan-worshiping bands encoding messages backwards on your LPs. All those parents playing records backwards in their church groups to keep them from indoctrinating their kids to the dark side are looking pretty smart now.

Nope. Its about standards being challenged. You have a PhD. You had to meet certain requirements. Those are your standards for your PhD. Suppose little Johnny Richkid can't meet those standards, and Dear Duddy just buys off the professors?

I agree, through movies and newsmedia people are being desensitized to the horrors of this world. That is a bad thing.

Allowing same sex couples to get married is a good thing. Has nothing to do with the bad things people do. And, if one absolutely wants to say it's relevant because of the general concept of "accepting what wasn't acceptable yesterday", then there are a whole lotta things we accepted long time ago that should be mentioned alongside it. But I still plan on voting for the next election. And I'll keep these pants on, thanks.
