Only in California. 
1. Police are allowed to shoot an aggressive animal if that animal is aggressive towards them.
2. It's a pig AKA bacon, pork chops, ribs, etc. If the owner bolts, and the pig attacks, that means fire up the grill...not head for the hills.
3. When the owner comes in to file a complaint, you can serve him his eviction papers then and there. Just be sure to save a slab of ribs for him, so he knows what happens to aggressive animals.
