in a large town near the town center.

lounge is about 7m x 4m then a long thin kitchen and bathroom downstairs.

3 beds upstairs

not bad for £36250

areas a bit dodgy is it is pretty much in the town centre but it is ok for a first bought house

36,000 pounds? My, my, my.. that sounds downright low. A new Jaguar costs more.

Any problems with it that is going to cost you in the short term? Foundation issues, frigteningly old heating system?

smidge of damp in the bathroom but that is all

i know that but we have nothing to cook with or eat off or anything

One not need a bed. Every article/room/closet/table... is fair game for that. The bed really should end up for sleeping.

You don't nee more furniture. Bare floors have their utility... kitchen counters ... the shower... a garage if you have one. Even the carport is useful if so long as its late at night and youre careful.
