LOL i wish, i need about 2.3v, it can be done but air cooling will overheat so fast, XP won't even load. I'm waitin on this chip to get a bit old to fuck it up just yet.
 
Yeah, I hate burning up a new chip... Let it get a couple months old and burn baby burn. :D
 
Stupid question...with the FSB so high, why doesn't the graphics card & friends take a crap like they do on mine? The T-bird fires up but everything else collapses above 140 or so.
 
You don't have the PCI divider. Your PCI bus is directly related to your fsb, at least on your board. Newer boards, or better boards control the pci bus through the chipset, so even if your fsb is up to 250, your pci fsb is still back at normal.
 
USB sometimes has a fit too, but there are filters available for most via's that I know of that can fix that problem. Don't know for sure if it fixes the pci problem too though.
