I had a 400g tin of chicken, potato and leek soup, blended smooth, in 1/2 cup portions over 3 hours.
I have to have 1/2 cup of nourishing liquid every hour while i'm awake to get enough calories in. Basically soup, milk or smoothie... I've discovered there are quite a few different tomato flavours and goodness knows how many different ways to mix up the same old vegetables in a liquid.
