O Brother, Where Art Thou? Oh wait, there you are...

Imagine having a twin brother you never knew existed. Growing up without him, it would maybe feel like a part of you was missing.

Well, what if it turned out you were carrying that missing part with you all along … in your own stomach?

Sanju Bhagat was always self-conscious about his big belly, which earned him the nickname of "pregnant man" in his village of Nagpur, India. But he could always chalk it up to a little overzealousness at the dinner table, or so he thought.

That is, until he was rushed to the hospital for being unable to breathe, and doctors discovered the 36-year-old mutilated fetus of Bhagat's twin brother trapped inside his stomach, ABC Primetime's "Medical Mysteries" reported.

The "fetus in fetu," as doctors call it, happens when a fetus becomes trapped inside the body of its twins and begins to leach the blood supply. When freed from Bhagat's stomach, the fetus was found to be well-developed, even having long fingernails and hair.
