Has anyone else ever been cyber-stalked? It's a little creepy.

Being as well loved as I am I have grown to have a fairly thich skin, I have never been stalked before with ill will, and I dont remeber ever having anyone go quite this far before.

My wife received some "feedback" from a form on our website via auto-email we have setup on it.

My wife was a little freaked-out to begin with and hurt by the sheer nastyness of it. They said some fairly mean things about her and the young sisters; this person obviously doesn’t know them as they are all sweet people.

I don't trip on the misassumption I have beer-belly, it really just good food and age (no beer for me in over 10-years). The wife wife was visibly upset over the idea someone would stike with those words at the kids, and less so herself.

Just wondering what others may think of this type thing?
 
one'd have to be slightly out of one's tree to care enough to do something like that I'd think.

it can't be normal behaviour?
 
direcpc.com belongs to DirecWay, which is Hughes' satellite internet business. That means this guy could be anywhere in the US.

This is obviously someone who has nothing better to do and is jealous of you and your family. Tell your wife not to take it to heart because this person is obviously not normal. Probably just some idiot trying to get a reaction out of you guys.

as someone who admins a couple of boards with many teenage posters... more often than not it's just some kid trying to get a rise out of someone... i've seen some thirteen-year-olds post some of the nastiest stuff i've ever seen on the net... it's too bad... but it happens and should be taken with many grains of salt... certainly not serious in any way

Creepy indeed, but not likely a stalking. Probably some snot-nosed brat with internet access and too much time on his hands fell upon your site whilst surfing for porn and decided to show off his 3 brain cells...with spite.

Anyways, RM, your family is beautiful - I didn't see any fat people or pug nosed children. I saw a happy family with thier love and health in tact.

People who toss out such vile judgements are really very unhappy in thier own lives - the words he/she spewed will pass and be forgotten. But the person behind the words will suffer a long time with just the agony of being who they are and the reason for being the way they are now.

He may as well swing by the local internet cafe on the way home from work and invite the resident paedophile home for a beer... while his kids run around the lounge naked!!!!!
 
uhm as much as I disagree with your politics and posting styles :D the person who said that is a real ass, to attack someone personally and their family, not nice, not smart, jsut shouldn't be done

Rape causes massive emotional and sometimes physical problems.. you can not compare that to a pretty tame email/message/PM or what ever it is.

Its not an appropriate comparison... rape is illegal... it is not expected... setting up the ability for all and sundry on the web to send you messages of their own design and someone sends you one thats slightly unsavoury... should be.
