Sounds viable to me... except that if the courts rule that he blended his finances through the church and used it for his business, then he needs to go to jail for money laundering and tax evasion.

I'm betting her lawyer put her up to that...Anyway...a church building is owned by the religion it adheres to...not the pastor, the deacons, or, even, the folks who attend. The way I see it, this is a sleazy attack on the 'seperation' of church and state. By declaring the church a business, they can open the door to taxation et al...
