Drunken Prank Leaves Man Seriously Hurt
A man has been hospitalized after suffering serious burns during a weekend party east of Beaverton. Police say several people had been drinking at a home in Eldon Township Saturday night when the man fell asleep. Likely as a bad prank, another person poured gasoline on his sleeping friend's socks and set them on fire. The unidentified victim was taken to Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay in serious condition.
