Yes though that is a bit sad IMO. Ironically many times this kind of thought process contradicts what the religion had orignally intended. C'est La Vie. Religion causes more problems than it solves anyway

Couldn't agree more. Religion is not the cause, it's the excuse. I bash religion for other reasons.

One more thing...saying and doing are two very seperate and distinct things. Saying you're a Christian, and acting like a thug means that you are only 'espousing' said beliefs, and not living them. Same with saying you're Muslim and lopping peoples heads off because they aren't Muslim.

Which is why I have issue with people blaming Islam for terrorism by those who claim to be Muslim, but seem to be using that religion as an excuse to do the violence they would've done anyway.
