Reading through the reasons why one shouldn't
go to those turd-werld cesspools is interesting.

pillaging, vehicle thefts, carjackings, extra-judicial killings, rapes, kidnappings, ethnic tensions, and continued

The large number of rebel and government soldiers to be decommissioned
as a result of the peace process poses another source of potential security concerns.

Unfortunately, the 'nanny' state idealists have been put in charge, and that's one 'military' mission they seem to like. "My poor, dear (insert idiots relationship here) got kidnapped/taken hostage in (insert country on travel warning list here)! Somebody just has to go in and rescue him/her from their terrible fate...
