There was one upgrade to the software ,where we lost some stuff (or it was archived) and I believe we had a CRASH that took some info that wasn't backed up.How long ago was the stuff you're looking for benn posted ??

you need asterisk(s) for less than 4 letters, could that be it?

Search for Dan Rather...first it wants to eliminate both as too common. Surround them, or either individually with quotations marks & it says can't find any,

If you know who used it ,try using a username +dan +rather with Gonz as the username/poster gave results.
