Spirit Needs Help...

I emailed her password (in case that's the problem)...nothing seems out-of-whack :shrug:
 
Can you get her to explain the problem she's having in a bit more detail? Is it that she can't log in or that she can't stay logged in?
 
I don't know what the difference is now, but I am in!! I was getting a Gateway Timeout thing. I copied and pasted what it was saying and sent it to Ards. I could get on to other msg boards, but not XI or OTC - I was going in to minor heart failure.

Sorry about that. It might happen from time to time, but as to the cause of it or the solution, your guess is as good as mine. I'm not a networking expert, and apparently neither is the host.
 
When it happens, you might want to run a NeoTrace on it. See if it's a specific location along the line, like a router. If it's happening more than once, then run it when it happens and create a log. Sent it up to the "so called" experts and tell em' to fix the POS.
