Smilies don't work in thread topics, or forum descriptions.

Just a notice in case you want to remove the : D from the lunatic lounge description.

I used to put in my topics at HWC. The smilies never did work in the subject line even at HWC.

Thread subjects and forum descriptions haven't been able to have smiley images ever. I think I can use HTML in forum descriptions, but I'm not sure. Thread subjects intentionally don't convert smileys to images just for the simple reason that it'd be too much clutter, both code-wise and how the forum display looks.

Yeah, I was just pointing out that there is a : D in the description for the Lunatic Lounge. I didn't know if anyone had noticed it, or if it was intentional to leave it that way.
