Looking for a decent Tablet

I'm looking for a tablet, and I've been thinking of Wacom 12x12, but I wanted to know if anyone here had experience with using tablets and if so, which ones they prefer.

Never used one,but from what I read on Graphics sites ,Wacom are the best available,what size is a mater of $$$ and desk space.




Prof. where did you manage to find a 5X7 Wacom for $40 CDN, cheapest I've seen them is $129.Just checked ,Wacom 4X5 ,run $159(I've seen them onsale for $129 though)

I was gonna suggest taking a trip to the pharmacy, but that would be too on topic....

I'm assuming you're talking about a graphics tablet... I have an aiptek hiding somewhere, haven't used it for a good 18 months. Came with a program called art dabbler... s'pose I ought to see if it works on these machines...
