Unfortunately, not the kind you snack on. :brow:

It's a rose bush that was planted here I think right as we moved in (almost 10 years ago)

I couldn't get a better picture because I can't take my camera off the USB cord, but it's there. :beerbang:

You sure those are roses? I've never seem them grow like that. Pretty cool :)

Do they smell good? Flowers are pretty but when they smell good too, that's so cool. Nice mowing job btw.

Rose bushes around the midwest are all like that, all the ones I've seen anyway. I've got a couple bushes that look almost identical.

The ones I've seen don't have singular branches like that, they usually branch off all over the place, that's why I asked. I'm just starting to learn about them though and I only have two "mini roses" right now. They're great when you don't have a lot of room and they still smell really good. :)

Nope. :mope:

That wasn't me, I was gone driving to dad's workplace to get mom's support check cause he forgot to write it at home, then driving back and driving mom to the bank to cash it, then to the store to get her gas bill paid, to the doctor's office to get her blood test order, to the hospital (waited there a couple hours because they didn't GIVE us the goddamn order at the doctor's office), then to the grocery store to get the phone bill paid and get some groceries, and to the pharmacy to get some prescriptions filled, and back to her house. Later that night I went to pick up the prescriptions, went back to mom's, then back to get my haircut and finally home. 'Twas as painful as mowing, except on my back.

Watch out for the greenflies and the blackspot. I don't know if you get them there but they love roses here! :(

Yeah, Aunty the people on my gardening message board talk about that a lot. I haven't put mine outside yet, it's not warm enough at night for my tastes. I get very protective of my plants, I hate putting them outside because thats when all the nasty bugs get at them. :(
