It's not logged in...it's a visitor, you can post in here as one and you can enter your username so we know who it is (like if you forget your password or something for example).

Ahh OK... the forums I go to you can't post without signing on...

Its only the townhall where you don't need to log-in,its come in handy on a few occasions for members and spammers don't usually go through the trouble to search out the Townhall Forum.
