The only time I've messed with KDE was when I was trying out the Slax livecd. It looked good, and ran just fine. When I get Slackware installed though, I want to try xfce. I tried the Damn Small Linux livecd before, too. And I think it was running xfce for it's desktop environment.

I have Ubuntu Studio installed on an older machine. I like it. Only problem I've had with it is that it's Debian based, which I did not learn until recently has run levels 2-5 configured exactly the same. So installing the drivers for my nvidia geforce fx 5200 was quite a pain, but worth it...

I got bored with it after three levels. :P

Chrome's my default browser on my laptop. If I find a site that I absolutely have to use that doesn't play nice with Chrome, then I open up IE. Edit: Or I might open up Firefox, I don't remember if I installed it as backup or not. I'm not typing from my laptop right now.

I just saw it today, too. I laughed a lot. I'm going to buy this one when it comes out on dvd. Seeing it in 3D was, like other 3D movies I've seen, very cool.

My cat is 19 this summer. She definitely sleeps a lot more than she used to. And I always find myself checking on her, to make sure she's still breathing.

Either way, it's a free mac to screw around with.
