Funny thing, too. I only found out about this program when I built my Ultimate Boot CD for Windows, because it's one of the tools in the cd.

I've been using it for a couple months. The program loads 10x faster than adobe reader, too. I'm thinking of uninstalling adobe reader and see if I can get foxit to work inside my web browser. Because adobe is still the default reader for opening pdfs in my browser. lol

Also, wouldn't it be safe to assume that most cops aren't of the 'shoot first, ask questions later' mentality? Because if that's not true, the cops would seem to be the more dangerous ones here.

I don't know anything about being a cop. But wouldn't it be safe to assume that they'd be trained trying to not get killed? Which would include neutralizing, in one way or another, potential threats? i.e. other people with guns, not identified as a law enforcement officer Wouldn't they tell...
