I suppose if you could get the board into a stable and secure position to use a dremel tool, you could use that at a low speed to hollow out the screw so you could then push it out.

I've had to improvise all the time. For a screwdriver, I've used several things, a dime, butter knife, razor blade (as long as it doesn't break), nail clippers, scissors, spoons, and I'm sure there's more. I need new tools, or at least keep them where I can find them. :eek:
