Sweet bread and penis stew (http://www.funlinked.com/testicle/recipe.html#penis)?

This recipe is taken from The Two Fat Ladies, Full Throttle by Clarissa Dickson and Jennifer Paterson. New York, Clarkson Potter, c1998, page 101.

Didn't think a plain white page was considered that colourful. :confuse2:

ergh... language barrier... sorry.

Colorful in terms of being rather exotic in the content of the dishes. Scroll up a few cm and you see one call for 40 testicles. Not exactly standard butcher shop fare in my villa.

Wasn't a case of language barrier. I just thought that you meant the content was tooooo colourful in terms of content, i.e. not something allowed on the forum here. I did check it thoroughly for pr0n before posting but couldn't find any on that page :brow:

Scanty
12/18/02, 07:02pm
Just had lamb tandoori. Just dismissed rice pudding as vomit pretending to be food.

I guess then that the liver and bacon suggestion is out of the question then.

It sounds like it would be a touch too expensive to prepare... that and noone would try it with me. My dad likes sweetbreads though.
