avatars not uploading?

hi fury and/or sam, i've just tried to change my avatar [and incidentally, upload a small image into a post], both failed. incidentally, mufu's pic in ents fails to show too [i am using a img link for the time being].

the avatar error is:

is this a problem because we've just switched server?

Phew, glad it was something as simple as chmod 777 images/avatars/ and chmod 777 attachments/ :eek:
