View Full Version : How much disk space do you have?
OK um, so I have this thing for movies and TV stuff...
400 GB.
1x 60 GB (split in 5 partitions) and 1x 10 GB...
Don't need more, got around 30 GB left, and if I run out, my dad has another 60 GB which he mostly doesn't use :P
My 400 GB is full :/ Full as in full, I need to burn CDs.

17gig scuzzi on this tower. Adding up all of my machines together it probably lumps in under 35 gig total. Je suis le monarch efficient!

At work I had a 6gb drive which I only have 500megs left on. I upgraded myself to a 20gb split between W98, XP, 2000 partitions.

I'd like to add that my 60 gigs is an IBM Deskstar 75gxp, and yes I did say that to try to jinx it, but it ain't gonna work cause this sucker is solid :D

50 gig here, 6 gig there, and 12 gig over there.
Too many drives to want to add up totals. But i have enough room in my case for a few Terabytes worth of drives + a sixpack of beer.

Yeah, looks really nice! Hope it never catches fire...I don't think I'd like a wooden case with an AMD in it...the heat might be a little too much for that case...:(
can you post more pics of the case? :)
It has an open back for unrestricted airflow. It never gets above 95 degrees F.

More hard drive space makes you cool in my book, but then again, I've only got one book, and it's an old copy of Stephen King's The Stand, so you may not want to take my opinion.

I don't collect porn "as is" :) But I do have a lot of movies, and the complete Star Trek collection (every single TV episode), Babylon 5, Andromeda, Crusade, Stargate, Farscape, etc.
47 gigs has been enough. I don't save EVERYTHING like some people. I put together a system for my bro-in-laws brother, he's a movie collector, he had 2x100GB. :rolleyes:

i should be getting another 30 from ibm when the rma is returned. but then as its ibm i'm not sure i'd qualify it was 'storage'

an 1.2GB noisy piece of crap HDD on my second (just not enough to install Linux with Windows :grumpy:)
