Way I remember it, I had had a couple buddies here, but my wife had way more to do with the place than I. I remember the discordians were here a lot, and I used to follow their path, try to meet the ranks, but never was bright enough to do so, altho I had a few moments.
I wasn't a hippie - freak, tho either. I never ever delved too much into politics, as it's so far out left field that I don't even care for it..
I remember people handing out "Mittens" but not too often. Maybe I have too much STML, or something..
Either had a lightning bolt for an avatar, or a green dwarven-ish character with a strainer=helmet..
well you are here now.
I guess that's what matters. Maybe.

Doesn't work Al. She's actually from TO, so you can't offend her by saying it. Mich and NY are probably upgrades. Only way you could really insult someone from TO is to suggest that it might be near NJ.

I remember PM-ing Nixy, and thinking she was a pretty good shit. I remember thinking same about Professur, Inkara1, TGRR, Bella, Felix, ResearchMonkey, and Southern'n'Proud.
Anybody remember the shit I was going thru with my wife? Anybody remember when she tried to off herself? Anybody remember all the actual HELP I got from any of the above-mentioned people? Have I ever said "Thanks" to any of you?

The original post mentioned a site which I wasn't allowed to post, but it dealt with "Free, Streaming movies" - Yeah, free, if you submit ALL of your personal info, AND JOIN the stinking website for 40 bucks a year (until they raise your fees, and charge your CC a reoccurring fee that is dang near impossible to cancel...)
All I was saying was buyer beware. Since this IS OTCentral, I figured being Off Topic in my own damn thread was ok. Still think it is. I don't care.

I don't even know what the fuck Bi-Partisan means. I don't care. None of that shit puts bread on the table.... Seems the political section*real world* of these forums is a haven, and the true Off-Topic (fun) stuff is like the back-road.. Not the way I remember it.. I stayed the fuck away from it then, and will stay away from it now.

Well now there's a revelation for me. I didn't know you were markjs until just now. I thought you were just some randomJACKASS who liked to make trouble. :D

something..somewhere...there's a gear that just got knocked loose a little bit up there..still quite rusty, but it is moving - not completely ceased. JJR doesn't ring any bells, but there is the guy who branched off to create a new forum that was less Discordian-ish. Can't remember if it was anyone I "knew", or not - didn't fit my description of a happenin' place, I guess, so it's just another cobweb.
I have to say seriously, tho, thanks to all the people who welcomed me back, even tho I don't remember who I am...
I've tagged a couple of you as: YES! I REMEMBER YOU!
Here is an edit: I said non-discordian-ish... From everything I've read here so far.. Discordianism must have left here, or all those kids graduated high school by now, or someone else took over and banned them all or they all died agonizing, suffocating deaths from having their heads up their [own] asses too long, or they grew up, or they moved on to another site that I don't even care about, or ..
