Hm, as much as I hate to complement the Mexican, he is by far the neatest. :D

My room has one bed, one nightstand, one study table with my journal and a lucky bullet (which hit me when someone shot at me). There is space for a second mattress if someone is sleeping over. Walls are white and the only pictures I have is a giant 2m x 1.5m of the United States, a similiar one of Canada, one of the moon, and one of the northen and southern night skies.

My sanctuary is where my computers are, a little spot in the basement (undeveloped at this point). I have a rack, patch panel, 3 production web servers, 1 firewall, 2 switches, and 1 personal computer for myself. :P Also in the room is enough tables and power for an additional 6 computers and people when we LAN party. Which we often do. :)

I don't have a digital camera, so no pic. Sorry.

More stylish perhaps, but, I don't like black keyboards, don't want anything wireless whose battries can die out on me, and hate the way Logitech's buttons push and pop up. I dunno, I just like the feel of my keyboard :)

Cordless is SO good for me, since I have to move it so often, because I really lack space around my desk :)
Only negative thing is that the batteries of the mouse are empty quite fast (1 month). Keyboard is still running on the first batteries, after 8 months :)


And you're right about the buttons...the arrows sometimes don't pop back up so smoothly...but I heard that's a common Logitech problem :)

Right on, Gonz! I just noticed the BoR and Constitution on your wall. I've been looking for that myself. All I have is the "original" version, but I want the BoR to hang on my wall. If you'll notice, the 2nd picture of mine, right next to the chair under the desk is a corner of the Consitution that I have. It's actually the folder that it came in. I have not gotten around to finding a frame for it yet.

The moron threw out a couple levels, a speed square, chisels, a 3#sledge, ALL the attachments for my shop vac and hundreds of dollars worth of sealers and strippers.:mad:

I shoulda taken a pic of the wires under my desk before I moved my puter to the other side a few months ago. The reason I moved the puter was cause everytime I sat down my feel got tangle :eek:

It's still pretty bad but my feet don't get into the mess now :D

I'll have to remember to take my camera to work one day, we have this raised floor, and the room I'm in has been a computer room for 20 + years. Everytime they upgrade equipment, they ran new wires, but didn't pull the old. It got so bad in places we had to remove the old to make room for the new. With an 8" raised floor. :eek:

Ever seen one of those tractor trailers parked outside a sporting event with a gazillion cables coming outta it? We had one of those trucks parked at our company for two weeks so we could take some measurements for some new equipment. I was bewildered at the mess-o-wires that are in those trucks.
