I typically stick to Nine West only because they usually have something I like. But I bought a Liz Claiborne bag last year and it's better quality.

I only buy black bags now. I have a bunch in different colors but it's too much of a pain in the ass to switch them.

I like what I like .. and don't like many purses LOL .. I have a Sig Zane that I adore ... and a Dooney and Bourke that I couldn't live without (my aunt gives me D&B for every holiday so I have purses, wallets, checkbooks, clutches, etc. Believe me, I can't afford to buy them for myself LOL)

as to brand names, sometimes i buy brand now sometimes i don't some brands you just know are quality (levis) and will be worth the extra $$ casue it will last longer.
