Someone help me set up a Quake 3 server!

I have Windows 2000 Pro and an SMC Barricade router. How do I find what my IP is in Win2k? How do I tell the router to let people connect to my server? Do I need to tell the router where the server is, or can I just set my computer in the DMZ zone and people will automatically connect to my server?

Who can help me test it? :)

open a DOS command prompt in win2k and type ipconfig to see your IP
