Whats the dogs name? Yours?
The thread is about the car not the dog :P
Yes, the dog is ours, her name is Isis, is the one we adopted a couple of years ago, there's a thread about it somewhere.
he's just the cutest little puppy! i love the sweater.
Cute car Louie!
Which modelo is it?
Maybe you have not had it long enough to know but what kind of mileage are you getting?
They make a race car versión with 175 HP that goes 225 KPH but that is kinda crazy.

Why is the dog wearing a coat???
I am glad you're happy Luis. Personally I think cars look too "bubbular" nowadays. I preferthe old classics but I am sure the new ride is more fun to drive than look at.
Cool car Luis! :D

Umm... Why?
It is a 2005 :D :D, It has 110hp with a 1.6L 16V engine. The spec top speed is 185km/h but they can be taken further. 0-100km/h in less than 10 seconds.
The gasoline performance according to the computer is 9.9l per 100km.

Probably a UGA fan.
:lol2:
awwww the puppy is so cute!!!
I feel like I'm almost the only one here who cares about the car and not the dog.

If only the dog was a Fresno State fan instead of UGA...
Well, both the car and the dog are wearing red. :D
Oh, Luis... I forgot to mention, in a couple years, the red color will probably fade, and the bumpers will probably fade a lot more than the rest of the car. :(
Yeah, I know, however the painting is guaranteed for 3 years :D

How come it's still a pup if you adopted it a couple of years back, and more importantly lets hope her colour and bumpers dont start to fade before her time.

Like the car... love the pup. ;)
Is the dog wearing black underwear or pants? What is that black behind the read sweater on the dog?

Top speed?
MPG? ... or km/liter ... or rods to the hogshead... whatever measuing you guys use down there.
Antitheft?
Stereo?
Back seat large enough to get in a little horizontal dancing?

Belle auto, Luis!
I like the colour...good thing that you got colour-protection. I can just imagine what high local temps would do to a paint job otherwise.
Nice mileage too! Wish I could get remotely the same amounts. :(
Top speed?
According to the spec 185km/h, but I've know better :D
MPG? ... or km/liter ... or rods to the hogshead... whatever measuing you guys use down there.
About 16km/l on the road and around 9-10km/l within the city.
Antitheft?
Yes, including motion detection and electronic lock. The windows have also an extra protection I asked to be put on, basically makes them harder to break.
Stereo?
Yes, am/fm/cd player, with 6 speakers (2 of them are tweeters), and controls at the steering wheel.
Back seat large enough to get in a little horizontal dancing?
Haven't tried yet :(

What are the plans for the old car?
What are the plans for the old car?
You can actually look at it, it is the blue one behind the clio.
I'm planning of fixing it completely. It will have some bodyword and a paintjob first, then I'll spend some money on the carpets and seats, and then move to the suspension, brakes and steering (which are its only mechanical problems and they aren't that bad anyway). I want it to look as new, just for the pleasure of taking it out and drive it.

Are you going to make the old car simply fixed up and clean... or something super fancy?

No fancy modifications, just make it look like it did when it was new.

For a split second, until my eyes got to the second line about fuel economy, I thought you were asking about the dog. Although, I like the idea of measuring dogs in MPSS (Miles Per Scooby Snack) myself. :D

Last I checked, Luis was complaining about not getting any. Perhaps the car'll change that? ;)

I'll agree that its "nice" but red doesn't do anything for me. It is shiny, and shiny is good :D
10 points for the dog though... :lloyd:
