*Totally not for health purposes. *All measurements listed in Fahrenheit for the convenience of the majority.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

11/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2c. white sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients and add chocolate chips.
Combine eggs, milk and butter into flour misture. Do not beat.
Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes.

A few chocolate chips melted and drizzled over the tops when muffins are slightly cooled make these a special dessert treat!

At work all the recipes are listed as lbs/oz yet all the packaged weights are in metric :retard4:

Okay Poindexter. :D

I make some lemon-poppy seed muffins that have been complimented from time to time. If I get really ambitious later I'll post the recipe. Don't go to a job interview that requires the cup test after having eaten them though.
